Since we create customized gaming products, each order is prepared according to the customer’s chosen design, size, color, and customization details.
Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom Product Policy (Important)

Most of our products are custom-made based on your design selections.
Because custom items cannot be reused or resold, all customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

This includes:

• Customized mousepads

• Customized keyboards / controllers

• Personalized gaming accessories

• Custom apparel or merchandise

• Any item printed or produced with your selected colors, text, or custom designs

2. Order Cancellation

✔ You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, only if production has not started.

To request cancellation:

• Order ID

• Name

• Contact number

If production has already begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

3. Returns (When Allowed)

We accept returns only in the following cases:

✔ Wrong item received

✔ Product damaged during delivery

✔ Manufacturing defect

If any of the above conditions apply, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photo/video proof

• Order ID

• Description of the issue

If approved, we will offer:

• Replacement (preferred)
  or

• Refund (only if replacement is not possible)

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

• Any customized or personalized product

• Opened or used items

• Products damaged due to customer misuse

• Items without original packaging

• Items returned after 48 hours window

This protects the quality and uniqueness of custom-made products.

5. Refund Process

If your case is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, card).

Processing time may vary based on your bank.

6. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the mistake is on our side (wrong or defective product).

• We recommend using a trackable courier service.

• We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

7. Gift Orders

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout:

• A replacement or gift credit will be issued (if applicable).

If not purchased as a gift, refunds will go to the original buyer.

Shipping Policy

At Gamercity Esports, every order is custom-made based on your selected design and product specifications. Once an order is confirmed, production begins within 24 hours.

Processing Time:
Custom products typically require 2–4 business days for production.

Shipping Time:
Orders are shipped across India and are usually delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping Partners:
We use trusted delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Tracking details will be shared once the product is dispatched.

Delays:
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen events. Gamercity Esports is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Incorrect Address:
If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery may fail. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/video at:
