We do not store card, UPI, or banking information.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours only if production has not begun.
After production starts, cancellations are not permitted for customized items.

Since we sell custom-made gaming products, returns are limited.
You may request a return only if:
You received the wrong item
The product was damaged during shipping
There is a manufacturing defect
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
